JF Enterprises ("Arbs," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Arbs website and related services (the "Service") at getarbs.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and a securely hashed password — we never see or store your password in plain text.
• Alert recipient addresses. You may optionally add up to three email addresses to receive alerts. You're responsible for having the right to send email to any address you add; we require a confirmation click on each address before it receives anything.
• Preferences. Which sportsbooks you follow, minimum ROI/edge thresholds, and notification settings you choose.
• Billing information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. We don't store your full card number — Stripe handles that under its own privacy policy.
• Technical information. Our hosting providers automatically log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps, for security and operational purposes.

2. How we use information

• To provide the Service: authenticate your account, apply your saved preferences, deliver the live or delayed feeds you're entitled to, and send alert emails you've opted into.
• To process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe.
• To communicate with you about your account, service changes, or support requests.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use third-party advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site today.

3. Third-party service providers

We share information with the following providers, each solely to help us operate the Service:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Supabase — database, authentication, and hosting
• Vercel — website hosting
• The Odds API — the source of the sportsbook odds data we display. This provider does not receive any of your personal information from us.

4. Cookies

We use only the functional cookies necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Data retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@getarbs.com.

6. Your choices

• Update your saved preferences, alert recipients, and notification settings any time from your account.
• Unsubscribe from any alert email using the link in its footer.
• Cancel your subscription any time from your account's billing page — cancellation stops future billing.

7. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date.
