Arbs is an informational and entertainment tool that aggregates publicly available sportsbook odds data to surface arbitrage ("arb") and positive expected-value ("EV+") opportunities. Arbs is not a sportsbook, bookmaker, or betting exchange. We do not accept wagers, hold funds on your behalf, or place bets for you. Nothing on this site is gambling, financial, or investment advice, and nothing here guarantees any outcome, profit, or the availability or accuracy of any price shown.
You must be of legal age to engage in sports wagering in your jurisdiction to use this Service, and it's your sole responsibility to ensure that using this Service and acting on any information it shows you is legal where you live. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in every location.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
If you add an email address as an alert recipient, you represent that you have the right to do so and that the address belongs to you or someone who has consented to receive these emails. We require a confirmation click before any address receives alerts, and every alert includes an unsubscribe link.

Odds and pricing data come from third-party sportsbooks and data providers and can be delayed, stale, or wrong by the time you see them or act on them. We do our best to present this data accurately, but we don't guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, and we're not responsible for any loss resulting from acting on it.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JF Enterprises will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits or losses arising from bets placed based on information from the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
